固浪聚合物JS防水塗料固浪聚合物JS防水塗料是一種以聚丙烯酸酯乳液、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚乳液菩聚合物乳液與各種添加劑組成的鶴機(jī)液料。和水混、石英動、輕重質(zhì)碳酸鈣等無(wú)機(jī)填料及各種添加劑所組成的羌機(jī)粉料通過(guò)合理配比、複合製成的。

使用範圍Scope of use：
本產(chǎn)品廣泛應(yīng)用於新舊屋面、內(nèi)外牆、陽臺、水池、隧道、地下通道等防水防潮工程。尤其適用於工業(yè)及民用建築的屋面防水、牆面、槽罐等防水。

施工工藝Construction Technology：
1、先將水泥倒入容器中，再將乳液慢慢加入，同時(shí)充分攪拌3-5分鐘至形成無(wú)生粉團(tuán)和顆粒的均勻漿料即可使用;(最好使用攪拌器)
2、用毛刷或滾刷直接塗刷在基面上，力度使用均勻，不可漏刷;一般需塗刷2遍(根據使用要求而定)，每次塗刷厚度不超過(guò)1mm;前一次略微幹固後再進(jìn)行後一次塗刷(剛好不粘手，一般間隔1-2小時(shí))，前後兩次垂直十字交叉塗刷,塗刷總厚度一般為1-2mm;如果塗層已經(jīng)固化塗刷另一層時(shí)先用清水溼潤。
3、施工24小時(shí)後建議用溼布覆蓋塗層或噴霧灑水對(duì)塗層進(jìn)行養(yǎng)護(hù)。施工後完全乾固前請採取禁止踩踏、雨水、暴曬、尖銳損傷等保護(hù)。
4、如有更高防水要求，進(jìn)行多遍塗刷或添加玻璃網(wǎng)格布，效果更佳。

參考用量Reference dosage：
防水塗膜厚度1.5mm,用量約為1.5-2.0kg/m(實(shí)際用量視基面的實(shí)際情況以及需求的防水層厚度而定)。

注意事項(xiàng)Points to note：
1、施工溫度應(yīng)在5℃至35℃，避免高溫和室外陰雨天氣使用。
2、粉料和液料拌合後會(huì)逐漸硬化故必須3小時(shí)內(nèi)用完，氣溫高於20℃還要縮短。
3、配料時(shí)，應(yīng)將粉料往液料內(nèi)緩緩加入，邊加粉料邊攪拌，充分攪拌成不含顆粒，分散均勻的膠漿為止。靜置5-10分鐘再施工，切勿另外加水。
4、施主完畢後注意通風，使材料更好的固化成膜。切勿踩踏以免破壞水塗膜，至少48小時(shí)後進(jìn)行閉水試驗(yàn)(視溫度而定)
